Paragon ET was set up in 1993 to offer embryo transfer services to farmers in the UK & Ireland. In 1996 the business moved to new premises at Hexham Mart and the services were expanded to include sexing, IVF, semen collection and a residential unit. In 2001 Paragon ET merged with Caldew Veterinary Group, and Paul May and Associates, with a view to further expanding the services offered, particularly for "on-centre" specialist techniques and sheep breeding.
